Resolution No. 2022-94 | FY 23 Budget Amendment from Board of the State and Community Corrections Fund | Adopted 12/12/2022RESOLUTION NO. 2022-94 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GILROY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023 IN THE BOARD OF STATE AND COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS FUND AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, and the City Council carefully examined, considered, and adopted the same on June 7, 2021; and WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council a proposed amendment to said budget for Fiscal Year 2023 for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated December 12, 2022 for the Board of State and Community Corrections Fund; and WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and considered the same and is satisfied with said budget amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT appropriations in the Board of State and Community Corrections Fund, Fund 228, is hereby increased by and additional $349,984 for FY23.
