commissioner's questions.
City Clerk Pham added to his report and briefed the Commission on hybrid
meetings.

An update was provided to the Commission by Assistant City Attorney.
10. FUTURE COMMISSION INITIATED AGENDA ITEMS
Chair Bentz initiated a future meeting item on training all Commissioner's
specifically to OGO/Brown Act, relevant sections of law, and appeal
process.
City Clerk Pham and Assistant City Attorney Houston responded to the
commissioner's questions and noted the items requested.
11. ADJOURNMENT
Before adjourning the meeting, Chair Bentz announced that the next future
meeting will be held at 6:00 PM instead of 7:00 PM as previously stated on
the agenda.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM.

agency makes this determination. I'm seeking documents that show who/how this determination has been made from 2010 to the present.
