The meeting will be held in person at Gilroy City Hall Council Chambers, located at 7351 Rosanna Street Gilroy, CA, on the following: Project Number: Tentative Map TM 22-05 (22090031) Project Title: 6955 Camino Arroyo Lot Split Project Applicant: Joule Gilroy Crossing Owner, LLC, C/O Joseph Tichar Property Owner: Joule Gilroy Crossing Owner, LLC Project Location: 6955 Camino Arroyo, Gilroy Ca 95020 (aka, Gilroy Crossing) Assessor Parcel No.: 841 20 045 Project Description: Proposed tentative map to subdivide a 11.26 acre developed commercial property into two parcels having 0.90 acres and 10.36 acres. The parcels are currently developed and no new construction is proposed. CEQA Determination: The proposed subdivision is exempt from further environmental review and qualifies for the State CEQA Guidelines Class 15 Exemption, Minor Land Divisions, because the proposed subdivision results in less than four parcels, is in conformance the City’s General Plan and Zoning, seeks no exceptions or variances, and all services and access to the resulting parcels is available. Planning Commission Recommendation: On January 19, 2023, the Planning Commission reviewed the project and recommended approval of Tentative Map application TM 22-05 by a vote of 7-0. A detailed description of the proposal is on file with the Community Development Department at City Hall. The staff report for the proposal may also be viewed on the City website (www.cityofgilroy.org) by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the meeting. Interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing as this is the time and place when comments on the proposals shall be heard and given due consideration. The meeting will also be broadcast live on the City of Gilroy’s website at www.cityofgilroy.org.
