Planning Commission Disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications 4. Possible Action: 1) Staff recommends that the Planning Commission accept staff’s recommended edits in response to public comments and direct staff to include those edits as clean copy in the draft Gilroy Mixed-Use Residential and Multi-Family Residential Objective Design Standards Policy being forwarded to the City Council; and 2) that the Planning Commission recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution adopting the Gilroy Mixed-Use Residential and Multi-Family Residential Objective Design Standards Policy for all mixed-use residential and multi-family residential development projects in Gilroy, as amended by the Planning Commission. Tentative Map application to subdivide approximately 41.4 acres for build-out of the Canyon Creek, Rocky Knoll and Malvasia II neighborhoods of the Glen Loma Ranch Specific Plan. The item will be rescheduled and re-noticed after completion of an addendum EIR. B. Project Garlic Industrial Subdivision Planned Unit Development proje ct proposing development of 59.7 acres located at the northeast corner of Pacheco Pass Highway and Camino Arroyo.
