1. OPENING

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Blankley at 6:00 PM.

2. MAYOR'S OPENING REMARKS
Mayor Blankley provided brief opening remarks.
3. FISCAL YEAR 24 AND FISCAL YEAR 25 BUDGET PRIORITY WORKSHOP
City Administrator Jimmy Forbis and City Staff provided staff presentation and responded
to Council Member questions.
Mayor Blankley opened Public Comment.
Terence Fugazzi requested Council to give the City Administrator additional
resources to enforce the city’s municipal code.
Ann Marie McCauley requested Council to work with non -profits to apply for grants
from Destination Home to deal with homelessness within the City.
Ron Kirkish stated that Council should stay with the original program with regard to
the lighting program for Downtown.
Angelica Bonifacio requested Council to add lighting to Downtown.
There being no further speakers, Mayor Blankley closed Public Comment.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:52 PM by Mayor Blankley.
