Staff Updates The public comment period for the Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is from September 10, 2021 to September 25, 2021. Details on the Draft CAPER will be available at https://www.cityofgilroy.org/284/Block-Grant-Funds beginning September 10th. VII. Informational Items Sept. 13, 2021, Council will consider opening the recruitment for vacant HNRC seat.
