NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Gilroy, on Monday, June 5, 2023,
will hold a public hearing commencing at Gilroy City Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street,
Gilroy, CA, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider the following item:
Adopt Fiscal Year 2024 and 2025 Operating and Capital Budgets, GANN
Appropriations Limit for FY2024, Position Control List, and City Goals, Priorities,
Legislative Agenda, and Departmental Workplan
The Recommended FY2024 and FY2025 budget is on file with the City’s Finance
Department and available on the City’s website (https://www.cityofgilroy.org/569/Budget).
The agenda and staff report will be published on the Thursday before the scheduled City
Council meeting at https://gilroy.city/meetings. All interested persons are invited to attend
the hearing and provide comments. If you have any questions about this hearing, please
