NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Gilroy City Council, on Monday, June 5,
2023, will introduce an ordinance and will consider the adoption of the proposed
ordinance on Monday, June 19, 2023, the title of which is:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING
GILROY CROSSINGS PHASE II COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT (C3-HC-M2 PUD) ZONE DISTRICT FOR THE GILROY SQUARE
PROJECT CONSISTING OF 10.18 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6970
CAMINO ARROYO, APN: APN 841-70-049 (FILE NUMBER Z 22-02)
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE:
This ordinance amends the Shopping Center Commercial/Highway Commercial/General
Industrial Planned Unit Development Overlay zone district (C3-HC-M2/PUD) for the
subject property in order to establish the allowed commercial and industrial land uses and
standards for development of the site, as required pursuant to Gilroy City Code Section
30.50.50 and in accordance with Article LII.
