DETERMINATION OF COMPLIANCE
The City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, hereby certifies that, as of the
date of this Certificate, the property described and depicted on Exhibits "A" and "B", attached
hereto, is in compliance with Gilroy Municipal Code Section 21.108, which implement
Subdivision Map Act Sections 66499.34, 66499.35, and 66499.36. This Certificate does not
constitute a permit to develop said property, and compliance with other provisions of law
relating to land use and construction of improvements may be required prior to issuance of any
such permit. This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and local Ordinances enacted pursuant thereto.
CITY ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE:
Notice is hereby given that the property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and
made a part hereof, does not create new parcels. This Certificate of Compliance complies with

Being a portion of Lot 2, Block 4 South, Range 2 West, Map No. 5
Las Animas Rancho Partition Suit, Superior Court Case No. 5536
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of Tenth Street with the Easterly line of Church
Street, and running thence Northerly along the said Easterly line of Church Street 250 feet; thence
at a right angle Easterly 151.50 feet; thence at a right angle Southerly 250 feet to the Northerly
line of Tenth Street; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Tenth Street 151.50 feet to
the Point of Beginning, and being a part of Lot 2, Block 4 South, Range 2 West, as shown on
Map No. 5 accompanying the Final Report of Referees in the Partition Action of Henry Miller, et
al, Plaintiffs, vs. Massey Thomas, et al, Defendants, in the Superior Court of the State of
California, in and for the County of Santa Clara.
Excepting therefrom that portion of said land conveyed to the City of Gilroy by Individual Grant
Deed, recorded May 29, 1987 in Book K 167, at Page 1435, of Official Records of the County of
