The meeting was called to order by Mayor Blankley at 6:00 P.M.

2. CITY COUNCIL RECOMMEND OPERATING BUDGET WORKSHOP
2.1. Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 and 2025 Operating and Capital Budget
City Administrator Forbis briefly introduced the item and a detailed presentation,
followed by Department staff.
Staff responded to Council Members' questions.
Mayor Blankley opened Public Comment. There being no speakers, Mayor
Blankley closed Public Comment.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Blankley adjourned the meeting at 7:53 PM.
