COMMISSION SECRETARY’S REPORT ON POSTING THE AGENDA:
The agenda for tonight’s Bicycle Pedestrian Special Meeting was posted on Wednesday, October 19, 2016,
at 2:40 p.m. in the City Hall announcement window near the Council Chambers and online in keeping with
provisions of the California Brown Act.
OLD BUSINESS:
Annual Report – The Commission members went through a practice exercise of the PowerPoint
Presentation of the Bicycle Pedestrian Commission Annual Report to be presented at the November 21,
2016 City Council Meeting.
