SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE: This ordinance amends the Shopping Center Commercial/Highway Commercial/General Industrial Planned Unit Development Overlay zone district (C3-HC-M2/PUD) for the subject property in order to establish the allowed commercial and industrial land uses and standards for development of the site, as required pursuant to Gilroy City Code Section 30.50.50 and in accordance with Article LII.
