Resolution No. 2023-44 | Fiscal Year 23-24 South County Youth Task Force Fund Budget Amendment | Adopted 06/19/2023 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-44 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GILROY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 IN THE SOUTH COUNTY YOUTH TASK FORCE FUND AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, and the City Council carefully examined, considered, and adopted the same on June 5, 2023; and WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council a proposed amendment to said budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated June 19, 2023, for the South County Youth Task Force Fund, appropriating funding received from the County of Santa Clara, District Attorney Office and, WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and considered the same and is satisfied with said budget amendments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT appropriations in the South County Youth Task Force Fund, Fund 227, is hereby increased by $331,406 for Fiscal Year 2023- 2024.
