Resolution No. 2023-59 | FY 23-24 Budget Amendment - Traffic Safety Fund | Adopted 10/16/2023 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-59 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GILROY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 IN THE OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, and the City Council carefully examined, considered, and adopted the same on June 5, 2023; and WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council a proposed amendment to said budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated October 16, 2023, for the Office of Traffic Safety Fund, appropriating funding received from the Office of Traffic Safety and, WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and considered the same and is satisfied with said budget amendments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT appropriations in the Office of Traffic Safety Fund, Fund 223, is hereby increased by $111,000 for Fiscal Year 2023- 2024.
