The meeting was called to Order by Mayor Blankley at 6:00 PM.

The following speakers spoke on items not on the agenda;
Ana Mendoza spoke regarding unfair treatment and possible unlawful treatment when evicting tenants;
Robert Zepeda spoke regarding possible theft incidents that occurred at
Safeway and Nob Hill;
Jesus Alarcon spoke regarding the high cost of rents in the area; Joseph Thompson spoke regarding unfair rent increases.
