III.SECRETARY'S REPORT The packet was posted on the City's website on May 16, 2019 at 3:11 p.m. with a revision agenda on May 20, 2019 at 1:07 p.m. IV.APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chair Bentson approved the meeting minutes with a minor correction to Vice Chair Puente last name. A.Meeting Minutes of April 16, 2019 V.APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion was made by Commissioner Berry; seconded by Vice Chair Puente and carried with a vote to approve the agenda as written with a vote 6-0-0 VI.INTRODUCTIONS None. VII.AWARDS/RECOGNITIONS The City of Gilroy recognized Julie Garcia for her service to the Parks and Recreation Commission. A.Julie Garcia VIII.PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA None. IX.NEW BUSINESS A.Annual Parks and Recreation Commission Presentation to City Council 1.Staff Report: Adam Henig, Recreation Manager 2.Public Comment 3.Possible Action: It is recommended that the Parks and Recreation Commission motion to approve these two dates--July 1, 2019 and October 7, 2019--for their annual presentation to City Council for 2019. The City Clerk will select the final date.
