On June 3, 2019, the City Budget was ado pted in a vote of 5-2. The Recreation
Department budget was not adversely affected and will remain status quo.
The summer theater production, Wizard of Oz, is getting closer to showtime. Opening

Blanchard, who has also directed other productions including Singin’ in the Rain. The
fall production will be Peter Pan directed by Hilary Little.

programs for all ages and all interests. Staff is currently working on the first draft of the

The Recreation Department is strongly considering acquiring new software. The change
from its current provider would mean more options online (such as reserving a picnic
area or a facility), easier login options (can use Gmail or Facebook), and will allow staff
