A. Motion to Award the Project to Calstate Construction Inc. in the Amount of $92,800.00, and
Approve a Budget Amendment in the Amount of $47,800.00, or Motion to Reject all Bids and Reduce
the Scope of the Project to the Current Budget
Motion to approve Motion to reject all bids and and return to Council with the conditions of approval
for the development project. Moved by Council Member Perry Woodward, seconded by Council

Motion to approve Direction to Staff to craft an ordinance with one year approval designating the
Police Chief to approve games, allow unlimited wagering and direct staff to investigate other possible
fees. Moved by Council Member Perry Woodward, seconded by Council Member Peter Leroe-Munoz.
