6 follows:
7 Section 1. That Part 3, Anticle 2, of the Municipal Code
a of the City of (Troy, be and the same is hereby amended by adding
9 a raw section thereto, said section to be numbered 336, and to
10 read as follows, towit;
11 "Section 336. For the business of selling bread, the sum
12 Of Sixty ($60) Dollars per annum, payable in advance, provided,
13 however, that when the broad is manufactured within the City of
14 Gilroy the license for selling- the sane shall be Ten (�lO) Dollars
18 pet annum, payable in advance, and no license shall be issued
16 under this section for loss than one year."
17 Section 2. All &rdinanceB or parts of ordinances in con-
18 flict with any of the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
19 repealed.
20 Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
21 ford on and after its passage and approval.
