OF THE CITY OF GILROY RELATIVE TO THE LICENSE OAT THE RtTSINESS
OF MAINTAINING AN INSURANCE AGENCY,

as follows :—
Section 1.
Section 323 of the 241tnicipal Code of the City of Gilroy
is hereby repealed.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in fored from
and after the first day of 1914.
Section 3.
The repeal of this section shall not be construed as
aeleasing any person, firm or cor- ?oration from any license tax
due and payable -amd unpaid to the City of Gilroy at the time
of the passage of this ordinance.
