The 1dayor and dommon Council of the City of Gilroy do
ordain as follows:
Section I.
That Section 411 of the Iiunicipal Code of the City of Gilroy
be amended as follows: -
Section 411. a. It shall be unlawful for any person
to wilfully injure an# building used to house any engine, vehicle
or any part of the apparatus of the fire Department of the City
of Gilroy, or to injure any engine, vehicle, hose cart, fire hose,
or any apparatus of the Fire Department of the City of Gilroy.
b. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any
vehicle over any fire hose of the Fire Department of the City of
Gilroy.
S4iation II.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed..
34�otion III.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after passage and approval.
