GI LROY .
The iayor and Common Council of the City of Gilroy do
ordain as follows:
Section I.
That the Municipal Code of the City of Gilroy be amended by
adding thereto a new Section to be known as Section Y,21 to read
as follows:
Section z No person, firm or corporation shall
maintain or Kermit to be maintained, on any sidewalk in front of any
property owned or controlled by such person, firm or corporation on
Monterey Street in the City of Gilroy, any water trough, stand pipe,
or hydrant, other than stand pipes used by the City of Gilroy to
furnish water for water wagons, and fire hydrants of the City of Gilroy:
Section II.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section III.
This Ordinanc s1�all take effect and be in force on and after
the 1X01- day of 1916.
