AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 322 ENTITLED tI AN
ORDINANCE REGULA.2ING TRAFFIC AND THE CARE OF VEHICLES AND ANIMALS
ON AND OVER THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY OF GILROY", P$ESCRIBIKG
A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND REPEALING ORDINAN~E NO. 291,
AND ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
The Mayor and Common Councilor the City or Gilroy do
ordain as rollows:
Section 1.
That Section 9 or Ordinance No. 322 or the Oity or Gilroy
is hereby amended by adding thereto the rollowing:
It shall be unlawrul to park any automobile or motor pro-
pelled vehicle or any kind at any place on Monterey Street between the
Northerly line or Eighth street and the Northerly line or Second Street
in the City or Gilroy, between the hours or 2 o'clock A. M. andS
o'clock A. M.
. Se'ction 2.
All ordinances and parts or ordinances in coDrlict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take errect and be in rorce rrom and
arter its passage and approval.
