AN ORDINANOE AMENDING SECTION )84 or PART IV, ARTIOLE 1 or THE
MUNIOIPAL OODE OF THE OITY OF GILR)Y, RELATIVE TO THE SPEED or
LOOOMOTIVES AND TRAINS IN THE OITY OF GILROY.

That Sectlon No. 384 ot Part IV, Art101e I at the Munioipal
Ood. ot the 01 ty of Gilroy be amended to read as tallow.:
Section ,84. It shall be unlawful tor an1 engineer, tire-
man, ~ak.man, oonduotor or other person having any train or
railroad oars, or any part or seotion of any such train, or any
railroad lo,oomotive, or any engine under his charge, oontrol or
direct1on, 1n whole or in part, to run such tra1n, section of
tra1n, locomotive or engine, or oause the same to be run on anI
railroads within the corporate limite ot the C1ty of G11roy at
a speed exceeding th1rty-tlve ('5) m11e. per hour.
Sec. II.
All ord1nanoes and parts ot ord1nanoes 1n oontliotherewlth
are hereb,. repealed.
Sec. III.
This ordinanoe shall take ettect and be in torce on and
after its passage and approval.
