AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 422 OF THE CITY
OF GILROY, ESTABLISHING CERTAIN DISTRICTS WITHIN WHICH
CLASSES OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES ARE PERMITTED,
AND WHICH ORDINANCE IS GENERALLY KNOWN AS AND CALLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE".
The COMMON COUNCIL of the CITY OF GILROY do ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1.
That the certain district lying and being
within Zone "An district of said City, as shown on the "District
Map" attached to said ordinance No. 422 and made a part thereof,
and as now hereafter described, be and the same is hereby
changed to Zone "B" district, to wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the alley between
Rosanna and Church Streets with the northerly side
of Second Street, thence northerly to the southerly
boundary of "Bit district, southerly of First Street,
thence following said liB" district westerly to the
center of the block between Rosanna and Hanna streets,
thence southerly to the northerly side of Second
Street, thence following the northerly side of Sec-
ond Street to the place of beginning.
SECTION 2.
Reference is hereby had to the map and gen-
eral zoning ordinance now on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City of Gilroy, being said Ordinance No. 422.

SEOTION 3.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
