OF GILROY, TO EXECUTE FOR AND IN BEllliLF OF SAID CITY, THE
APPLICATIONS FOR PROJECTS FINANCED BY THE WORK'S PROGRESS
ADMINISTPillTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Common Council of the City of Gilroy, that S. D. Heck, Mayor
of the City of Gilroy, be and he is hereby authorized to sign
and execute for and in behalf of the said City of Gilroy, all
applications for proposed work under the Work's Progress Ad-
ministration of the United States of America, particularly
the certain application as follows:
The foregoing resolution was duly passed, approved and
adopted by the Conunon Council of the City of Gilroy at a reg-
ular meeting of the Common Council held on the~~~day of A?~\\
1937.
