Resolution No.?? is presented and read:
RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 77
BE IT RESOLVED by the City l.iouncil of the City of Gilroy,
California, in meeting assembled on the 26th day of April, 1937,
that the City Planning Commission of said City be and the same
is hereby instructed to prepare a proposed zoning or district-
ing plan for said City, as specified by law, and to make the
reports thereon vnlich are required by law; be it further
RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and the same is hereby
directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to
said City Planning Commission.
The foregoing resolution was duly passed, approved and
adopted by the Common Council of the City of Gilroy at a reg-
u1ar meeting held on the 26th day of April,A.D., 1937.
