Motion by Councilman lLilias,seconded by Counoilman Rush that
RESOLUTION NO.80 be adopted:

B'" IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Comrr:on Council
of the City of Gilnoy that the office of two
members of the Common Counoil, towit that of
Harrly L. Wilkinson and Ben stewart (deceased)
is hereby declared and deemed to be vacant.
The foregoing resolution was duly passed, approved
and adopted by the Common Cnuncil of the City of
Gilroy at an adjourned regular meeting held on
the \5+1\ day of October, 1937.
