WHEREAS,the State of Californ1a,through its Department of
Publio Works ,Division 0 f Highways ,has presented a first supp-
lemental memorandum agreement in accordance with a project
statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the 1/4 oent
gas tax for the fiscal year 1938 allocated for Streets of Major
Importance other than State Highways in the City of Gilroy,and
FOR E=IT>E~lnTURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX
ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE
WHEREAS,the City Council has heard read sai<< first supp-
lemental agreement in ~ll and is famillar with the oontents
thereof,and desires to approve the same;
THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Counoil of the City
of Gilroy that said first supplemental agreement for expenditure
of 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for streets of Major Importance
other than State Highways be and the same is hereby approved and ..
the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City.
