Section 1: That Section 310 of' Article II, Ohapte:rII, Pal-t
III of' the Municipal Code of' the City of Gilroy be amended by ad-
ding thereto a new subdivision to be known as Subdivision 28b, to
read as tallows:
28b. Every person, firm or corporation operating any motaX'
