AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND DETERMINING THE COMPENSATION OF THE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF GILROY PURSUANT TO 'nIE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 48 OF THE CHARTER OF SAID CITY; AMENDING SECTION 81
OF ARTICLE THREE OF' CHAPTER THREE OF 'l'HE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF GILROY AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.

THE MAYOR AND CO~JON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 10 The compensation of officers of the City of
Gilroy shall be as follows:
1st: The City Clerk shall be paid the Sunl of One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars per month, which shall include compensation
for his services as assessor.
2nd: The City Marshal shall be paid the sum of One
Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars per month, which compensation
shall be in full for all of his services as such City Marshal,
Tax and License Collector, or otherwise.

~ All other officers or employees of the said City of

resolution fix and determine.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as
