RBF Consulting is pleased to present this addendum to provide additional engineering services
for the subject project. This addendum is for additional services requested by the City to revise
the previously approved traffic signal plans to include video detection system and interconnect
plans.
We have provided the following Scope of Services and Compensation Summary attached as
Exhibits "A" and "B ", for your review and approval. After your approval, please return a copy of
the signed agreement for our records.

RBF has prepared traffic signal plans for the improvements along Santa Teresa Boulevard. The
traffic signal plans included loop detectors at all the approaches. The City wants to replace the
loop detectors with Econlite's Autoscope Solo video detection system at each location.
RBF will revise the previously prepared /approved traffic signal plans to show video detection
system at each signalized intersection including location of video cameras, video cables,
detection zones, mounting details and auxiliary equipment.
The following traffic signal plans will be revised accordingly. These are:
• Santa Teresa Boulevard at First Street
• Santa Teresa Boulevard at Welburn Avenue
• Santa Teresa Boulevard at Mantelli Drive
• Santa Teresa Boulevard at Longmeadow Drive
Product: Revised Traffic Signal Plans (4 Sheets)
Task 2 Interconnect Plan Revisions
RBF will the current Interconnect Plans to incorporate "quad duct" and details
