By motion of H. M. ~lartin, secomlerl by Wm. Hadtke the follow-
ing resolution was adopted:
BE IT HESOINED that H. B. Fisher be desi,gna teel as City 8n,gineer
of the City of Gilroy, and that the City ~ngineer be, and he is here-
by instructed to prepare plans an(l specirications anrl a careful @s-
timate of the cost and expenses for fixing the grade and construct-
ing curbs and sidewalks for all that portion of the City of Gilroy
bounded on the North by the middle line of First Street; on the
East by the middle line of Monterey Street; on the South by the
middle line of Eighth Street, and on the West by the middle line
of Hanna Street.
