BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council of the
City of Gilroy, the governing body of the City of Gilroy, hereby'
consents that the County Health Officer of the County of Santa
Olara, state of California shall enforce and observe:
a. order, quarantin~ regulation and rules prescribed
by the State Department
b. statutes relating to the public health.
ADOPTED AND PASSED this 13th day of February, A.D., 1940
by the following vote:
