BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Cit7
of Gilroy, that the said City of Gilroy, by and through its
Kayor and City Clerk, make and execute the hereto attached Lease
Agreement, which Lease Agreement covers premises known as the
Gilroy City Auditorium located at the southeast corner of Sixth
and Church streets in Gilroy, Calitor.nia.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 1940 at
a regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of the City
of Gilroy.
