The Common Council of the City of Gilroy hereby resolves
as follows:
That Resolution No. 98 of the City of Gilroy, be and the
same is hereby vacated, rescinded and set aside, and that the
moneys in that certain account called the "Armory Building Account"
heretofore deposited with the American Tnlst Company, Gilroy
"
Branch, Gilroy, California, in the sum of' Nine Thousand One Hundred
Five and 81/100 ($9,105.81) Dollars be and they are hereby trans-
f'erred to the "General Fund" of said City of Gilroy.
BE IT FlJRTEER RESOLvED THAT a copy of this Resolution be
furnished to and deposited with said American Trust Company.
ADOPTED AND PASSET) this 6th day of March, A.D., 1939 by the
