RESOLUTION NO!Q2.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City
of Gilroy, that said City of Gilroy hereby accepts the conveyance
from CECILIA M. SHAY and F. M. SHAY, her husband, to the CITY OF
GILROY, a Municipal Corporation, hereto attached and consents to
the recordation thereof.

at a regu1aradjourned meeting of the Common Council of the City
of Gilroy.
