A RESOLUTION CREATING A FUND TO BE KNOVVN AND DESIGNATED
AS IISPECIAL TRAFFIC FINES F1JND, "PROVIDING FOR MONEYS TO
BE PLACED IN SAID FUND AND F10R THE EXPENDITURE rrHEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED that there is hereby created a fund to be
known as the "Special Traffic Fines Fund;"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thE, t all moneys received by the City
of Gilroy, as designated under Section 770 of the Vehicle Code
(Chapter 780 of the Statutes of 1937), be placed in said fund and
that the same be expended and disbursed solely and exclusively for
the following uses, to wit:-
a. Purchase of traffic signs, signals and other traffic con-
trol devices,
b. For the maintenance or construction,of streets, bridges
and culverts.
