RESOLUTION NOa
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission of the City or Gilroy
has reported, found and recommended that a certain district of
said City be changed from Zone "A" to Zone "B" which is bounded
and described as rollows, to wit:-
Beginning at the intersection of the alley between
Rosanna and Church Streets with the northerly side of Sec-
ond Street, thence northerly to the southerly boundary of
"Bn district, southerly of first street, thence following
said "B" district westerly to the alley between Rosanna and
Hanna Streets, thence southerly to the northerly side of
Second Street, thenoe rollowing the northerly side of Sec-
ond Street to the place of beginning.
Reference is hereby had to the map a.nd general zoning ord-
inance now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City
of Gilroy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing will be
had on Wednesday, the ~ day of April .1938 at the hour of 8:00
o'clock P.M. of said day in the Council Chambers of the Common
Council of said City in the City Hall or said City of Gilroy, when
and where any person interested may protest and/or object to such
change.
