RE.T'i':CTIEG ALL BID;:;; FOR ?Ul1CRA.8E AND SALE OF ~;31,000 PRINCIPAL
AMOU1TT OF CITY OF GILROY MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS OF 1936.
':iH~;HEAS, the Common Council of the Ci ty of Gilroy offered for
sale #31,000 principal amount of City of Gilroy Municipal Auditorium
Bonds of 1936, pursuant to notice thereof dated the 2nd day of November,
1936, as shown by the records in the office of the City Clerk of said
City of Gilroy; and
0tlEREAS, the City of Gilroy received bids for the purchase of said
bonds from the following firms and companies, all of San Francisco,
California, to wit:

BFWSH, SLOCm~B & CO.
BANKM,lliRICA COMPANY
DONNELLAN & CO.
DEAN VIITTER & CO.
and,
;~,lEREAS, each and all of said bids so I'1ade by the above named
firms and comnanies are unsa~isfactory.

HC'!, TH,~HEFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT each and all of., the aforesaid bids be and eech of them is
hereby rejected, and the City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
return to each and all of said firms and companies their several checks
which accompanied their respective bids.
R~~SCLV~.}J, further, that this resolution shall take effect from and
after its passage and a~proval.
