On motion by Councilman George A. Wentz seconded by Councilman
J. H. Rush Resolution No. 40 approving plns and specifications for
pipe work was passed and adopted as follows:-
Be it resolved by the ComrJon Councilof the City of Gilroy:
L~ That the plans and specifications submitted by City En-
gineer Ray 'd. Fisher, to be used by said City in the acquisition,
construction and completion of a main cast iron pipe line to re-
plsce the present main steel pipe line conveying wcter to the City
of Gilroy be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
2. This resolution shall take effect imraediately.
