which said streets are existing travelable streets in the
City of Gilroy, and approximately on the route of the
authorized Sta". highways, and ·
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and tae
California Highway Commission haTe requested the City ot
Gilroy to anproV'e the routing hereinbefore described and
to agree toLresume jurisdictIon over said city street., or
portIons thereof, as may not be included in tbe Stat. ni~-
ways, when the same are laid out, a.dopted, and constructed,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the Oity
of Gilroy, aating OD behalf of said oity, that said city
approve, and it does hereby approye, the routing of saia
State hIghways;
that upo. the relinquisbaea~ of s~d streets. or
any portion thereof, to the vity of GIlrOY ln the manner
provIded by law sald city &Tee, and does hereby agree, to
resume jurIsdiotion oyer said streets, or portion tn.reof,
so relinquished.
