RESOLUTION NO. 1-1929 ADOPTING PLANS
AND
SPECI_8'ICATIONS.
RESOLVED, by the I"~ayor and Common Council of the
City of Gilroy, that the plans and specifications be,
and they are hereby approved and adopted, for the
following work to be done and improvement to be made
in the City of Gilroy, to-wit:
For a storm sewer to be constructed in Forest
street from Llartin street to Sixth Stl'eet, in i'"artin
street from FOl'est Stl'eet to Hailroad 1-\.lley, in Railroad
Alley from Martin street to Baw( Alley, in Bank Alley
from Railroad Alley to J;,"onterey street, in Eigleberry
street from Seventh Street Southerly to the catch basin
noVI in 325 feet Southerly from the Southerly property
line of Seventh street, in Sixth street from Church
street to Eigleberry street, in Fourth street from Church
Street to ~igleberry stree~, in Third street from Church
Street to Eigleberry street, in Church street from It'irst
to Second Street, in First Street and along the Easterly
projection thereof, from Church street to the Blough called
I,;iller Slough wi th catch basins and with concrete wall
and apron, and stub end grates.
all of said work to be done to the grade described in
and in accordance with the plans, profiles and specifications
prepared by H. W. Fisher, Oity Surveyor and Engineer, and
suomi tted by said Engineer on the 13d day of May, 1929, and
said plans, profiles and specifications be and the same are
hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for
doing said work, and are hereby referred to for further
particulars.
