RESOLUTION NO. 5-1929 i-\.DOPTD<iG MAP
OF
IMPROVEi,;ENT DISTRICrl' NO. 'l'HREE.
t'lnEREAS, R. id. E"isher, City Engineer of the City
of Gilroy, did, on the 22nd day of May, 1929, file with
the GtJty Clerk, a map or diagram snowing the boundary
lines of the District which is to be benefitted by the
improvements set forth in the plans and specifications
adopted by the Ma;lor and Common Council by resolution
on the 22nd day of May, 1929, reference to said map or
diagram being hereby made and the same rnade a part hereof,
is hereby adopted as the bmlndary lines and description of
said Improvement District to be and the same is hereby
designated as lIImprovement District 110. 'l'hree", and the
District to be benefitted by said proposed irnprovements.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly passed and adopted by the Ii;ayol" and
Common Council of the City of Gilroy at a regular adjourned
meeting of said Council held on the 22nd day of Iviay, 1929,
