RESOLUTION NO. ~-1929 ADOPTING MAP
OF
IMPrlOVElliENT DISTRICT NO. FOUR.
WHEREAS, R. W. Fisher, City Engineer of the City
of Gilroy, did, on the 22nd day of ihay, 1929, file with
the Oity Clerk a map or ~iagram showing the boundary
lines of the District which is to be benefited by the
improvements set forth in the plans and specifications
adopted by the I.iayor and Oornmon Oouncil by resolution on
the 22nd day of fday, 1929, .reference to said map or
diagram being hereby made and the same made a part hereof,
is hereby adopted as the boundary lines and description of
said Improvement District to be and the same is hereby
designated as ltImprovement District l,fo. Fourll, and the
Di st:J::'ict to be benefi ted by said prol)osed i;.uprovements.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and re~llarly passed and adopted by the Mayor and
Common Cmlncil of the City of Gilroy at a regular adjourned
meeting of said Council held on the 2and day of May, 1929,
