RESOLUTION
\VHEREAS, the iYJ.ayor and Connnon Council of the Oi ty of
Gilroy has received certain bids and proposals for work and
improvement to be done in accordance with the Resolution of
Intention of this Common Council adopted on March 5th, 1928,
and pursuant to the Notice dated March 22, 1928, inviting said
bids and proposals, and
WHEREAS, the l{iayop and Common Council deems it for the
public good and the best interests of the City of Gilroy ~
reject all of said bids, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that all and each of the bids and proposals
received for said work and improvement be and the same are
hereby rejected and the City 01erk is hereby directed to
return to each bidder the deposit or bond accompanying the
bid or proposal; and be it further
RESOLVED, that all resolutions passed and adopted and
all proceedings had in connection with the improvement and
work set forth in said Resolution of Intention, be and the
same are hereby rescinded::and set aside.
Adopted by the fOlloting vote this 11th day of April,
1928.
