RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1~P

OF
IMPROVE1ffiNT DISTRIGT NO. ONE.
WHEREAS, H. B. Fisher, City Engineer of the City of Gilroy,
did, on the 11th day of April, 1928, file~with the City Clerk
a map or diagram showing the boundary lines of the District
which is to be benefi~y the improvements set forth in the
plans and specifications adopted by the Mayor an9 Coa~on Cmlncil
by resolution on the Ilth day of April, 1928, reference to said
map or diagram being hereby made and the same made a part hereof,
is hereby adopt~d as the boundary lines and description of said
Improvement District to be and the same is hereby designated
as Improvement District No. One, and the District to be benefitted
by said proposed improvements.
I hereby certify the foregoing resolution we s duly a1 d
regularly passed and adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of
the City of Gilroy at a regular adjourned meeting of said Council
held on the
