in the said City, which Resolution of Intention is hereby expressly
t'eferred to for further particulars and said l'.8yor and Common Council

Resolution ordering work to be done and improvement to be made in
said City, which Hesolution orderin~ the work to be done ia also
referred to for further particulars.
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for doing seid work and
making said improvement have heretofore been adopted by the Mayor
and COIT~on Council and are now on file in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Gilroy and hereby referred to for further particulars; and
1i!JHEREAS, said .\-ayor and Common Council desire that said work be
done under the direction of the City ..c:..ngineer of said City and that
the assessment be made by said City ~ngineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council
that they direct, and it is hereby directed that the aforesaid work
shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer of said City
of Gilroy and to his satisfaction; and it is her~by directed that
the a ssessment hereafter to be made in the proceedings shall be made
and si~ned by the City .b;ngiY'1.eer of said City instead of tbe Superintendent
of streets.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Hesolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the Mayor I'l.nd Common Council of' the
City of Gilroy at a regular adjourned meeting of said Mayor and Common
