APPROVING DIAGRAM SHOWING DISTRICT AFFECTED AND BENEFITTED BY THE IMPROVIDlENT OF EIGLEBERRY STREET, SECOND STREET, FOURTH STREET, FIFTH STREET, SIXTH STREET, MARTIN STREET AND LEWIS STREET AND TO BE ASSESSED FOR THE COST AND EXPENSES OF THE SAID IMPROVEMENT, AND DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER IN WHICH THE CITY CLERK SHALL PUBLISH THE NO- TICE OF FILING SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS' ASSESSMENT FOR SAID IM- PROVEMENT. ~ RESOLVED, by the ~ Coancil ot the City of Gilroy that "- the Diagram prepared and submitted by H. B. Fisher, City Engineer, showing the district atfected and benefitted by the improvement, and to be assessed for the cost and expenses of the improvement ot Eigleberry Street, between the northerly line of Second Street and the southerly line of Sixth Street; Second Street, between the easter- ly line of Eigleberry Street and the westerly line of Monterey Street; Fourth Street, between the easterly line of Eigleberry Street and the westerly line of Monterey Street; Fifth Street, between the westerly City boundary and the westerly line of Eigleberry Street; Fifth Street, between the easterly line of Eigleberry Street and the westerly line of Monterey Street; Sixth Street, between the easterly line ot Eigle- berry Street and the westerly line of Monterey Street; Sixth Street, between the easterly line ot Monterey Street and the easterly line ot Railroad Alley; Martin Street, between the easterly line of Monterey Street and the westerly line of Railroad Alley; Lewis Street, between the easterly line ot Monterey Street and a pOint two feet west of the most westerly rail ot the Southern Pacific Railway tracks, and between a point two feet east of the most easterly rail of the Southern Paoi- fie Railway tracks and the westerly line of Forest Street, (as d&8- ,/r.'7--fr ~ oribed in Resolution of Intention No.4-of the Canncil of the City of /'-. I' Gilroy, passed and adopted April 11th, 1928) be and the same is hereby approved, and the City C~erk is hereby direoted to endorse said ap- I ( - 1 - proval on said Diagram and deliver the same to the Superintendent of Streets. The Gilroy Evening Dispatoh, a daily newspaper of general oiroulation printed, published and oirculated in said City of Gilroy, is hereby designated as the newspaper in whioh the City Olerk shall publish notioe o:f :filing Superintendent ot Streets' Assessment :for the improvement of said Eigleberry Street, Seoond Street, Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Sixth street, Martin Street and Lewis Street, and ot the time fixed when all persona interested in the work done or in the Assessment will be heard by the City Caunoil.
