WHEllEAS, the City of Gil!oy has receiTed a deed dated

Shepard, (UIWlarried), whereby there in GonTeyed to the City
of Gilroy, a perpetual right of' way twelTe (12) feet wide,
f'or the purpose of eonstruGting and maintaining a sewer, the
center line of which right of way is fully desoribed in said
deed together with the perpetual right to enter into and upon
said strip of land for the purpose of oonstructing and main-
taining said sewer, all of "hich iii :fully set forth in said
deed, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That said deed be and the same is hereby ac-
cepted by the City of Gilroy and the same ordered placed on
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County or
Santa Clara, state or .ualifornia.
